Job summary

SINOPPEL DEVICE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a client-facing associate to welcome customers with mobile issues and perform basic troubleshooting, explaining simple fixes.

You will handle data entry with accuracy, work closely with technicians during handovers, and respond promptly and politely to enquiries. Mandarin fluency is required for liaising with Mandarin-speaking counterparts, with 5.5 working days, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required (ability to handle customers with politeness).
• Good data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Mandarin-speaking to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
• Willingness to work 5.5 days including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues.
• Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers.
• Attend to service customer enquiries promptly and politely.
• Ensure data entry of keying of customer’s details and mobile details with accuracy.
• Cooperate closely with technician especially for the handover of mobile handset and customer info.
