Job summary

Expleo in Singapore is seeking an L2 Production Support Engineer with testing experience to support Mobile Banking applications, troubleshoot production issues, and perform functional and regression testing.

The role involves resolving incidents within SLA, coordinating with Development, QA, Infrastructure and Banking teams, and contributing to post-release validation and RCA documentation. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Mobile Banking production support and/or testing.
• Good knowledge of banking transactions, APIs, SQL, and application integrations.
• Experience with JIRA/ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Incident, and Change Management.
• API testing experience using Postman is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for Mobile Banking applications and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Troubleshoot application, transaction, API, integration, and data-related issues.
• Monitor application logs, batch jobs, and interfaces; perform SQL queries for investigation.
• Execute functional, smoke, sanity, regression, and post-release testing.
• Create test cases, validate fixes, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools.
• Perform root cause analysis and prepare RCA documentation.
• Support application releases, deployments, and production validation.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Banking/Business teams.
