Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial institutions.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking parties and Head Office colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and account opening processes, including data collection, document verification, and system input.
• Assist in processing deposit, loans, interbank placements and secondary trade finance businesses.
• Monitor daily transactions and follow up on discrepancies or settlement issues.
• Assist in preparing ad-hoc and regular reports to different stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining and executing middle office workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in system testing (UAT) and implementation of new processes or tools.
• Support client onboarding and account opening processes, including data collection, document verification, and system input.
• Support custody operations.
• Assist in maintaining and executing custody workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in system testing (UAT) and implementation of new processes or tools.
