Job summary

China Construction Bank Corporation, Singapore Branch is seeking a Reporting and Compliance Analyst to support management reporting, loan portfolio projections, and growth planning. You will collect data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy of reports used by senior management.

You will perform data analytics to monitor controls, assist in MAS/audit requests, coordinate with HO and other departments, and help with KYC, onboarding and credit proposals for new customers.

Qualifications

• Data analytics for continuous controls monitoring.
• Accounting/Finance background preferred.
• 2-year audit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reporting, growth plans, and financial projections of the loan portfolio.
• Perform data analytics to facilitate continuous controls monitoring.
• Control the quality of correspondent data input for the core banking system to ensure the report correctness as well as to fulfill MAS/HO requirement.
• Assist in MAS and internal/external audit requirement to Marketing Department, including but not limit to documentation, survey, management/financial reports, and customer/facility info.
• Coordinate request from HO and other departments, such as internal control, AML transaction clearance, data consolidation, banking system user test and problem solving.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to implement key credit initiatives by the bank and keep up to date on policy and regulatory changes and requirements.
• Assist RM in account opening, KYC and credit proposal for the new customer.
• Execution of ad hoc duties assigned efficiently.
