Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a degree or progress toward one in Business, Banking & Finance, with at least four years in a financial institution, and strong MS Office skills (Excel; macros or Access is a plus).

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Banking & Finance or progress towards degree.
• Minimum 4 years working experience in a financial institution, preferably in middle/back-office roles.
• Experience in back-office operations including processing, reconciliation and securities transfer.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel and related tools; macros/Access are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Handle CASA renewal, retention and fresh funds requests.
• Perform internal account opening and maintenance/closure instructions.
• Handle internal securities transfer and fees processing.
• Prepare client letters and reconcile transactions; generate daily reports.
• Liaise with back office to ensure timely processing and respond to front-to-back office queries.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
