Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Private Bank Operations Analyst to join a centralized team providing operational and service support to Front Office units in Singapore.

You will support digital and technology platforms, processing, and client data management, while coordinating with Front/Middle/Back Office on requests and ensuring timely, accurate processing with proper controls.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a centralised team providing operational and service support to Private Bank Front Office teams
• Support day to day activities across digital and technology support, retail product processing and account lifecycle management
• Handle client static data updates, bespoke reports, corporate action notifications and post execution trade capture
• Perform system entries and processing using Private Bank platforms, automation tools and workflow solutions
• Manage and respond to Front Office queries within the team's scope
• Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office on instructions, retrieval requests and operational follow ups
• Ensure timely and accurate processing while maintaining proper controls and service standards
• Support ad hoc operational, administrative duties and projects as assigned
• Comply with internal policies, procedures, controls and applicable regulatory requirements; escape exceptions where required
• Assist in any admin, projects and work as assigned
