Job summary

Microsoft in Singapore is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Quality Engineer to design and execute testing strategies for upgrade and cloud migration projects. The candidate will cover UI, functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

You will develop and maintain test plans, ensure traceability, and collaborate with developers and project teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of QA/testing experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience in testing Dynamics 365 upgrades and cloud migrations.
• Familiarity with testing tools: Azure DevOps, Selenium, Postman.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, etc.).
