Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on assistance with Microsoft 365 environments and end-user IT support in a Singapore context.

The role includes onsite work and strong collaboration with users and internal teams to maintain productivity. Responsibilities focus on troubleshooting Microsoft 365 apps, SharePoint Online, Outlook and Teams, plus onboarding and device setup for staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT support, helpdesk, desktop support or service desk experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Experience with SharePoint Online administration or support is highly preferred.
• Familiar with Windows 10/11 and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of basic networking concepts and end-user communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware, software and network issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts, licences, permissions and security settings.
• Support SharePoint Online including user access and basic site administration.

• Set up and configure desktops, laptops and IT equipment.
• Manage incidents and service requests via ticketing system with timely resolutions.
• Support system upgrades and IT projects.

• The role also covers general end-user IT support, troubleshooting and onsite support when required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware, software and network-related issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts, licences, permissions and security settings.
• Support SharePoint Online, including user access, permissions and basic site administration.
• Support Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Perform user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation and access management.
• Set up, configure and deploy desktops, laptops and other IT equipment.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with system upgrades, technology refreshes and other IT projects.

Requirements:

• Minimally 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support or service desk.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Experience with SharePoint Online administration or support is highly preferred.
• Familiar with Windows 10/11, user account administration and general endpoint troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of basic networking concepts.
• Able to communicate clearly with end users and provide customer-facing technical support.
