Job summary

Concentrix seeks a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join its Microsoft 365 practice in Singapore. You will partner with customers to improve health, performance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 environments, covering Apps, network, and tenant health.

Required 8+ years in Microsoft 365 administration with strong analytics, governance, and deployment experience. This role emphasizes proactive health assessments and actionable recommendations for business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, AIBS, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 suite, with the ability to support preliminary Copilot discussions.
• Microsoft 365 Apps (Office, Teams, Outlook).
• Experience managing and optimizing Microsoft Teams for enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of M365 workloads (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business).
• Network connectivity for cloud services.
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager and device health.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Secure Score, compliance manager, and tenant health dashboards.
• Strong ability to interpret usage analytics and design adoption strategies.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 health service, incidents, and operational monitoring.
• Proven experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services and analyzing complex tenant and security configurations.
• Experience in business continuity planning, incident response coordination, and process maturity assessments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Background in technical consulting or assessment-based delivery engagements.

Overview

Microsoft 365 Engineer will partner with customers to improve the health, performance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 environments. This role combines deep technical expertise across Microsoft 365 Apps, network connectivity, and tenant health with strong skills to optimize configurations, and drive usage growth.

The Consultant will proactively assess tenant health, network readiness, and application performance, identify risks and misconfigurations while deliver actionable recommendations aligned with Microsoft best practices. In addition, the role emphasizes driving usage insights through usage analytics, governance strategies, and end-user enablement to ensure customers realize the full value of Microsoft 365.

• Familiarity with Entra ID architecture and identity security best practices, including Conditional Access, MFA, and privileged access.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, or SOC 2 Type II in the context of operational resilience.
