Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT engineering, infra deployment or technical consulting.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 tenant setup, configuration and administration.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 deployment, implementation or migration projects.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and cloud services.
• Basic networking and IT security knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and implementation support skills.
• Good English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements for Microsoft 365 deployment.

• Support Microsoft 365 migration activities, including planning and execution where required.
• Provide technical support throughout the implementation and deployment lifecycle.
• Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project deliverables are met.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide updates on implementation progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT engineering, infrastructure implementation or technical consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 tenant setup, configuration and administration.
• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 deployment, implementation or migration projects.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and cloud-based services.
• Basic knowledge of networking, IT security principles and security controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support implementation activities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with business and technical teams.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
