SAFRA National Service Association in Singapore is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support professional to administer Microsoft 365 services, manage Windows Server environments, and maintain network infrastructure. You will monitor service health, respond to incidents and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable IT services.

Provide administration, support and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services, enterprise servers and network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security and optimal performance of IT systems.
Support day-to-day IT operations, incident resolution, system monitoring and infrastructure enhancements across the organization.
Ensure IT systems are maintained in accordance with security, compliance and operational standards.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, standardization and automation.
Collaborate with business users, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure IT services.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Microsoft Defender.
Manage user accounts, licenses, security groups, mailboxes and access permissions.
Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and investigate service-related issues.
Implement and maintain security controls such as LAPS, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access Policies and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
Support Microsoft 365 migrations, upgrades and new feature deployments.
Support for Microsoft 365 related incidents and service requests.
Maintain Microsoft 365 administration documentation and operational procedures.
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and file services.
Coordinate closely with the managed services vendor to proactively monitor and manage server health, availability, capacity and performance to support business continuity and service reliability.
Laise with managed service vendor to monitor server patching, upgrades, hardware refreshes and system maintenance activities.
Laise with managed service vendor to monitor backup, recovery and disaster recovery processes to ensure data security.
Support network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, wireless networks, SASE solutions and internet connectivity.
Support network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related incidents
Work with external vendors and service providers to resolve infrastructure and network issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT infrastructure, system and operational documentation.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical guides and knowledge base articles.
Maintain IT asset inventory, configuration records and system diagrams when necessary.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
Conduct IT vendor audits, compliance reviews and governance activities.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance service quality, security and operational effectiveness.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Support, Systems Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration or related roles. Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior appointment.
Strong hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Entra ID.
Good understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
Experience managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
Experience supporting network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, wireless networks and VPN technologies.
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper‑V.
Experience using IT monitoring and ticketing systems.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across Microsoft 365, server and network environments.
Experience in IT documentation, process development and service improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and infrastructure hardening techniques.
Experience working with vendors, stakeholders and managed service providers.
Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and IT automation would be an advantage.
Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent certifications will be advantageous.
