GLOBAL TECHSOLUTIONS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior metrology leader to guide a cross-functional team in a 24/7 wafer fab. The role focuses on delivering precise measurements, tool calibration, and data-driven yield improvements.

You will develop measurement recipes for NPIs, coordinate with vendors, and drive continuous process stability across high-volume production environments in Singapore.

Qualifications

5+ years of metrology experience in a Semiconductor Wafer Fab.
2+ years leading a team.
Strong knowledge of metrology techniques and process control.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of metrology engineers and technicians in a 24/7 wafer fab environment.
Oversee calibration, maintenance, and matching of critical metrology tools.
Analyze measurement data and track defect density to improve wafer yield and process stability.
Drive creation and optimization of measurement recipes for new product introductions (NPI).
Collaborate with tool vendors to upgrade hardware and resolve issues.
