Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.

• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Solve yield or quality issues by developing measurement recipes for quick feedback.
• Apply analytics to identify deviations in machinery and processes.
• Design experiments to identify defect sources and mechanisms.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement breakthrough defectivity improvements.
• Use advanced inspection tools for defect detection and process advancement.
• Set control chart limits and perform SPC monitoring for proactive intervention.
• Collaborate with Engineering Operations to optimize tool maintenance and utilization.
• Contribute to projects reducing risk and improving product quality.
• Develop projects to enhance inline detection, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Partner with tool suppliers to tackle shrinking technology nodes.
