Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a technically minded technician to support metrology operations on our manufacturing floor in Singapore. You will create product recipes for thickness, CD, and profile, collaborating with production and equipment owners to maintain uptime and ensure timely lot disposition.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, good communication, and teamwork, with a willingness to learn new skills and processes in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Institute of Technical Education or equivalent.
• Experience in metrology process operations in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes.

Responsibilities

• Create product recipes for thickness, critical dimension (CD), and profile.
• Collaborate with production, process, and equipment owners to ensure tool uptime.
• Ensure timely lot disposition.
• Perform tool calibration to ensure tool's quality.
• Support engineering requests.
