Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Singapore invites engineers to join our metrology and manufacturing teams. The role focuses on supporting metrology recipes, equipment qualification, and data-driven performance monitoring.

You will collaborate with maintenance and production to improve uptime, troubleshoot issues, and document procedures. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and experience in metrology or process engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Experience in metrology, manufacturing or process engineering.
• Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support setup of Metrology recipes for new processes, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in equipment and measurement qualification.
• Monitor equipment performance using SPC and support failure analysis.
• Work with maintenance teams to improve uptime and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain clear procedures, specifications, and documentation.
• Support training, automation, and continuous improvement activities.
