Job summary

GLOBAL TECHSOLUTIONS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior metrology leader to guide a cross-functional team in a 24/7 wafer fab. The role focuses on delivering precise measurements, tool calibration, and data-driven yield improvements.

You will develop measurement recipes for NPIs, coordinate with vendors, and drive continuous process stability across high-volume production environments in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of metrology experience in a Semiconductor Wafer Fab.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of metrology techniques and process control.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of metrology engineers and technicians in a 24/7 wafer fab environment.
• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and matching of critical metrology tools.
• Analyze measurement data and track defect density to improve wafer yield and process stability.
• Drive creation and optimization of measurement recipes for new product introductions (NPI).
• Collaborate with tool vendors to upgrade hardware and resolve issues.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead a team of metrology engineers and technicians in a 24/7 wafer fab environment.
• Tool Management: Oversee the calibration, maintenance, and matching of critical metrology tools
• Yield & Quality: Analyze measurement data and track defect density to improve wafer yield and process stability.
• Recipe Development: Drive the creation and optimization of measurement recipes for new product introductions (NPI).
• Vendor Management: Work closely with tool vendors to upgrade hardware and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Physics , or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of metrology experience in a Semiconductor Wafer Fab , with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of lithography/etch metrology, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis).
