Job summary

STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Metrology Process Operations Engineer to oversee and optimize metrology in a manufacturing setting. You will create thickness and CD recipes, develop crisis plans, and drive downtime mitigation with cross-functional teams.

The role involves leading Metrology technicians, coordinating capacity-related activities, and supporting production moves and cycle time improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in metrology process operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of measurement systems, calibration techniques, and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create new product recipes for thickness and CD
• Develop Metrology tool crisis plans
• Collaborate with Production, Process and Equipment owners to develop tool downtime mitigation plans
• Manage a team of Metrology technicians
• Support and follow-up on activities related to capacity, production moves, and cycle time & out-put

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

Diploma with 5 years of working experience
