Responsibilities

• Create product recipes for thickness, CD, and profile.
• Collaborate with production, process, and equipment owners to ensure tool uptime.
• Ensure timely lot disposition and quality control.
• Perform tool calibration to maintain measurement accuracy and support engineering requests.
