Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Core MES Support professional to monitor and maintain MES applications and production equipment, troubleshoot MES, system, machine and automation issues, and generate reports to support operational decisions.

You will develop dashboards using BI tools, implement corrective actions, and provide MES usage training for production teams, collaborating with IT, Maintenance and regional APAC stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and reliable

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Automation, or related field
• Strong interest in manufacturing digitalization and Industry 4.0
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems
• Familiarity with MES/ERP or industrial automation systems
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or MicroStrategy
• Experience with SQL or database queries
• Understanding of GMP-regulated environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support, monitoring and maintenance for MES applications and production equipment
• Troubleshoot MES, system, machine and automation issues in collaboration with IT, Maintenance and external vendors
• Generate reports and extract MES data to support operational decision‑making and performance monitoring
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using business intelligence tools to improve manufacturing performance visibility
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain and enhance production automation and system reliability
• Support production teams in MES usage and adoption including training for new and existing users
• Participate in system upgrades, validation, testing and continuous improvement initiatives
