Job summary

Adyen is seeking an Operational Support Specialist for its Singapore office. You will join a 24/7 first line support team serving merchants globally, handling inquiries from technical to administrative topics.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Tech Support, and Product teams to drive improvements, troubleshoot issues, and provide proactive guidance to merchants to help them grow their business with Adyen.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service or support.
• Ability to provide coaching and constructive feedback.
• Proven ability to kickstart projects and initiatives to completion.
• Interest in technical and operational processes; proactive about finding answers.
• Experience with approved AI tools for routine tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer in-depth merchant requests about the Adyen platform and provide guidance.
• Optimize and automate processes with a focus on scalability.
• Act as an internal product advocate; relay feedback to product teams.
• Serve as a payment specialist to help merchants optimize their accounts.
• Provide technical and operational assistance to merchants via phone, web tools and email.
