Job summary

Klook is seeking a mid-senior Product Manager to own the merchant-side capability, including onboarding, merchant matching, and the quote/settlement flow. You will build and maintain the Merchant Portal, middle-layer IM system, and the supply management stack from the ground up.

You will partner with a small engineering team and BD/OPS to translate merchant pain points into scalable features, set SLAs, and drive improved merchant performance across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4+ years (P5) / 5+ years (P6) in B2B/internal-platform product experience.
• Supplier or merchant-side experience is required: you have directly owned a merchant portal, partner portal, supply management system, merchant settlement or merchant operations tooling.
• Experience with IM systems, CS ticketing, SCRM or messaging platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Merchant Portal: onboarding, qualification review, profiling, tooling, order management, settlement and reconciliation.
• IM Tool: design and ship the middle-layer IM system powering conversations with message retention, risk monitoring, leakage prevention, multi-channel support and per-market localisation.
• Supply & matching: design merchant tiering and matching logic, define SLAs, manage supply coverage and quality.
• Merchant efficiency metrics: own response time, proposal turnaround and retention metrics to drive improvement.
• Cross-functional delivery: collaborate with a 5-person engineering team plus BD and OPS to translate pain points into solutions.
• Process abstraction: break complex workflows into multiple specs with realistic engineering effort.
