GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Commercial Operations Intern to help improve merchant-facing processes and drive operational improvements.

This full-time internship runs January to May 2026 and is conducted fully on-site in Singapore, offering exposure to cross-functional teams across Product, Payments, and Support. You will work with Account Managers and Leads to map processes, analyze metrics with SQL/Excel, and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize costs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
• Project management skills to lead concurrent projects independently.
• Foundational data analysis skills with hands-on experience using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
• Experience managing a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead small end-to-end operational projects from problem definition to rollout and post-launch monitoring.
• Document, visualise, and refine operational workflows, merchant onboarding flows, and support processes.
• Partner with Account Managers, Leads, and adjacent teams to prepare operational readiness for new merchant-facing products, commercial policies, and payouts/commissions.
• Analyze operational metrics using SQL and Excel to track initiative outcomes, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven recommendations for cost optimization and process improvement.
• Build clear presentation decks to communicate project updates, business cases, and takeaways.
