• Coordinate onboarding, activation and readiness across portfolios.
• Analyze portfolio data from dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Monitor booking allocation and driver readiness for Business First Class.
• Coordinate shift handovers and guide BPO staff.
• Use AI tools to improve data analysis and reporting.
