Job summary

Grab in Singapore is seeking a results-oriented Operations Associate to lead small end-to-end projects, refine workflows, merchant onboarding flows, and payout support. You will analyze operational metrics with SQL and Excel to identify bottlenecks, propose data-driven improvements, and present business cases to stakeholders across cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Demonstrate project management skills to lead concurrent projects independently.
Apply foundational data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
Manage a variety of stakeholders effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operational projects from problem definition to post-launch monitoring.
Document, visualize, and refine operational workflows, onboarding flows, and support processes.
Partner with Account Managers and teams on operational readiness for merchant products and payouts.
Analyze operational metrics using SQL and Excel to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
Build presentation decks communicating project updates and key takeaways to stakeholders.
