Job summary

You will assist Account Managers with client communications, onboarding, data management, and performance monitoring, ensuring accurate records in CRM and cross‑functional coordination for timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Business or related field required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills required.
• Experience with Google Workspace apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy in deliverables.
• Collaborative mindset in a cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with client communications, routine inquiries, account reviews, and escalation of complex matters.
• Prepare and maintain account documentation, proposals, presentations, reports, and client interaction summaries.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM and other databases.
• Coordinate with other teams to support client onboarding, transitions, and timely service delivery.
• Monitor account activities and performance, identify issues or opportunities, and report updates to the team.
• Assist with account growth projects and general administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing.
