Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Projects Associate to partner with multiple business verticals, translating commercial strategy into scalable operations including merchant activation, onboarding, and payments.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch and hypercare, collaborating with Business, Product, Finance, Engineering and regional teams to design operating models and processes for measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, business operations or a similar role within a constantly evolving environment.
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Logical and structured issue resolution skills to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and driving initiatives with high independence.
• Proven ability to relay business objectives clearly and align diverse teams around a common objective.
• Proficiency in SQL is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to operationalise strategic projects across existing and emerging business verticals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of country projects from problem definition to post-launch optimisation.
• Translate business requirements into operational processes, policies and system enhancements with Product, Engineering and Regional Operations teams.
• Drive operational readiness for new products and commercial initiatives, including merchant onboarding, payments, commissions and invoicing.
• Design scalable operating models and processes to enable sustainable business growth.
• Analyze performance to identify opportunities for automation and cost optimisation.
• Develop data-driven recommendations balancing commercial objectives and customer experience.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and proactively identify delivery risks.
