Job summary

Grab’s OmniCommerce team is seeking a motivated Intern to support the operations engine behind Dine Out Deals and Reservations in Singapore. You will gain hands-on exposure to merchant partnerships, deal operations and commercial analytics while working onsite at our Singapore One North office.

You’ll assist in onboarding merchants, tracking deal lifecycle, analyzing partner performance, and coordinating with product, finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Curious and data-driven with eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Excel or data tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in merchant onboarding and deal lifecycle tracking.
• Support merchant performance analysis and cross-functional coordination.
• Help maintain sales dashboards and report performance metrics.
• Contribute to data-driven insights for pricing and deals strategy.
