Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Global Consumer Financing Product Manager in Singapore to own the full lifecycle of BNPL and Personal loan products, from market analysis to launch and optimization. You will collaborate with regional teams and risk, engineering, design and compliance to ensure global consistency while fitting local regulatory needs.

The role demands strong ownership, curiosity, and capability to drive measurable growth through data-driven experimentation and cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above from a well-recognized university, STEM disciplines preferred.
• Strong logical and structured thinking; ability to break down complex problems.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and coordination skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize core product journeys for BNPL and Personal loan lifecycles.
• Drive growth while balancing risk with the risk team and growth teams.
• Lead cross-regional collaboration with local teams, engineering, design, legal and compliance.
• Lead data-driven experimentation, define metrics and run A/B tests to iterate.
