Job summary

ByteDance seeks a Product Manager to lead the Cashloan platform initiatives within the Global Payments team, shaping cross-border payment solutions for ByteDance products worldwide.

You will partner with legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to drive the roadmap, analyze market trends and customer behavior, and ensure a seamless user experience while meeting regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the Cashloan product roadmap and strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with payment partners to integrate Cashloan solutions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage end-to-end Cashloan transactions from onboarding to dispute resolution.
• Work with analytics to develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance.
• Coordinate with customer support and operations to resolve Cashloan issues.
