Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd invites applications for the Field Operations Manager (Digital Payments) role based in Singapore. You will drive merchant adoption of digital payment solutions and manage day-to-day merchant relationships.

Lead on-site merchant engagements, support account success, and coordinate with regional teams to ensure seamless execution across Singapore's FMCG/retail/O2O sectors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in payments, merchant operations, FMCG, retail, O2O platforms, or related industries.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin to facilitate business communications with Mandarin-speaking merchants, partners, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with payment industry concepts such as acquiring, QR payments, merchant acceptance, and payment aggregation.
• Good stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to identify operational issues and improvement opportunities through transaction data.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role with regular merchant visits.
• Good ownership, execution capabilities, and ability to perform in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive merchant engagement and ensure payment acceptance for QR, POS, and terminals.
• Conduct regular merchant visits to improve payment performance and engagement.
• Gather feedback and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Provide training on payment processes, product features, and best practices.
• Support business development initiatives and campaign activations with merchants.
