Network for Electronic Transfers (Singapore) Pte Ltd. seeks a Digital Product Engineer, Merchant Enablement to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of digital products and capabilities that support merchant onboarding, servicing and growth.

The role bridges business, technology and operations to deliver scalable solutions, translate requirements into user stories, optimise customer journeys and drive data‑driven improvements in a payments environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or related functions.
Experience within payments, fintech, banking, or digital commerce environments is advantageous.
Proven track record delivering digital products and transformation initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from business case development, implementation, launch, and post-launch.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned to business objectives and priorities.
Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
Work with Technology, Operations and Finance to deliver enhancements via agile methods.
Define and track product success metrics and business outcomes.
Review and redesign business processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimisation.
Partner with business and operations teams to eliminate manual processes and optimise workflows.
Drive process transformation across merchant onboarding, servicing, reconciliation, settlement.
Collaborate with Technology to assess feasibility and support solution design, testing and deployment.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for smooth implementation and transition of new capabilities.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance and operational requirements.
Champion customer-centric thinking across digital products and merchant journeys.
Analyse user feedback, operational insights and performance data to identify improvements.
Enhance usability and adoption of digital solutions through data-driven decisions.
