Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is partnering with a leading global technology platform to implement consumer-facing payment products. The role focuses on driving user growth, engagement, and long-term value across markets.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design and Operations to launch features, run experiments, and analyze funnels to optimize campaigns and outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in product growth, customer engagement, digital products, or related areas.
• Familiarity with product development, project coordination, or business process management.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in digital payments, fintech, e-commerce, or technology products.

Responsabilidades

• Support user growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, engagement, spending, and retention.
• Assist in the design and execution of rewards, incentive, and promotional campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver new features and optimize user experiences.
• Monitor business and product performance metrics, supporting experimentation initiatives such as A/B testing and funnel analysis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including commercial, risk, and compliance teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Support product development activities by gathering business requirements, preparing documentation, coordinating testing, and driving implementation with relevant teams.
