Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a BIM Technician to create, update and revise BIM models across the project lifecycle.

You will build models from contract drawings, maintain BIM libraries and produce construction and shop drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools. Collaboration with internal and external disciplines to manage design changes and ensure accurate drawings is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of BIM/CAD experience.
• Experience with Revit or Navisworks preferred.
• Ability to read MEP drawings.
• Strong teamwork and deadline awareness.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and revise BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
• Create BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information.
• Produce construction drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines for design changes and model updates.
