Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller to join our Singapore team. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of hands-on experience delivering BIM models for construction projects and a solid grasp of Revit and AutoCAD.

Your duties include creating and maintaining discipline-specific BIM models, producing shop drawings from BIM, supporting clash detection, and coordinating with site teams to ensure model accuracy. On-site role in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Certificate or relevant BIM qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeller in Singapore construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and update discipline-specific BIM models.
• Produce shop drawings from BIM models.
• Ensure model accuracy and completeness.
• Support clash detection exercises.
• Extract quantities and schedules when required.
• Maintain model data and documentation.
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinator and site team.
