Job summary

Flintex Consulting is seeking a BIM Modeller in Singapore to develop and maintain BIM models across disciplines. You will generate shop drawings from BIM, verify model accuracy, and assist in clash detection while extracting quantities and schedules when needed.

The role requires a BIM qualification and at least four years of relevant local experience, with close coordination with the BIM Coordinator and site team throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in BIM/Revit/AutoCAD or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeller in Singapore projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and update discipline-specific BIM models.
• Produce shop drawings from BIM models.
• Ensure model accuracy and completeness.
• Support clash detection exercises.
• Extract quantities and schedules when required.
• Maintain model data and documentation.
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinator and site team.
