Job summary

CTES CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our client's team. The role focuses on design and drafting of MEP layouts, coordinating details and producing shop and As-Built drawings using Revit and CAD software.

The ideal candidate has 2–8 years of related experience, can work independently, and is proficient in Revit and Navisworks Manage. You will support project managers through coordination, planning, and on-site coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering / Mechanical & Electrical Design or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2–8 years of relevant experience.
• Well-versed in Revit and Navisworks Manage.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft MEP layout, section details, space management planning, and plant room details.
• Carry out detailing and coordination drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings and As-Built drawings using Revit and CAD software.
• Obtain relevant information from architectural drawings, structural drawings, and other discipline drawings.
• Assist Project Manager / Engineers on coordination, planning, and site visits / meetings when necessary.
