Job summary

SOLIDTEK M&E PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to create, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models across construction projects.

You will work with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure BIM processes are implemented effectively throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Engineer in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects in Singapore.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
• Certification in BIM management or relevant software tools.
• Hands-on experience with M&E systems related to boilers or waste management facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for construction projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to integrate BIM models across various disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP, etc.).
• Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and BIM protocols.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM models.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation, drawings, and reports related to BIM models.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
