Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a BIM Technician to produce and update BIM models for construction and fabrication, aligned with contract drawings and design changes.

You will generate detailed BIM documentation, shop and construction drawings, and coordinate with project stakeholders to deliver accurate BIM deliverables on schedule. Requires Dip or equivalent and at least 1 year of related BIM experience, with Revit and Navisworks proficiency.

Qualifications

• Dip or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical.
• Min 1 Year of relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement/ Architectural/ Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects.
• Well versed in Revit and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM model deliverables for construction, documentation, and fabrication purposes.
• Create and update BIM models based on contract drawings, design changes, and the latest project information.
• Generate detailed BIM documentation, shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Identify and report design discrepancies or coordination issues to BIM Coordinators for resolution.
• Coordinate and liaise effectively with construction project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely BIM deliverables.
