Job summary

Montfort Care is seeking a senior programme leader to develop and implement mental health initiatives in our Bedok community. You will oversee service delivery, track KPIs, and ensure programmes meet funding requirements.

The role requires a degree in social work/psychology, at least 6 years in social services/mental health, and supervisory experience. You will mentor staff and build strong partnerships to maximise impact.

Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in social work, counselling or psychology.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in social services, mental health or healthcare.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with mental health or dementia clients.
• Prior supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements mental health programmes aligned with organisational goals.
• Oversees KPI targets and efficient operation of programmes.
• Coordinate resources for programme execution.
• Provide supervision and professional development for staff.
