Job summary

Montfort Care is seeking an Assistant Director of Mental Health Service to support the Director in programme development, financial management, community engagement, and quality assurance for mental health services in the community.

The role focuses on leadership of staff, collaboration with stakeholders, and advocacy to ensure high-quality care. Experience in management of mental health programmes and familiarity with policy/regs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, public health, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree acceptable with significant relevant experience.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in social services, with leadership roles in programme management and staff supervision.
• Experience managing mental health programmes or services within a social service agency or similar organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing strategic plans and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with the Director to enhance existing mental health programs and services; manage new projects.
• Assist in data collection and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness; oversee reporting and claims processes.
