Qualifications

• Minimally a Degree in Social Work or a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Registered with Singapore Association of Social Workers is preferred.
• Experience in crisis intervention and supervising junior social workers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme development and oversee case assessment and closure.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to social workers and case workers.
• Engage stakeholders and coordinate community outreach activities.
• Monitor KPIs, track budgets, and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Lead evaluation of programme impact and staff performance.
