Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking a senior leader to oversee mental health services, drive strategic and operational excellence, and ensure service quality in collaboration with ministry partners. The Director will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage complex programmes, and promote accountability and compassionate care across community settings.

You will engage stakeholders, shape policy-aligned interventions, and represent the organization in external discussions, ensuring robust governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in the mental health space.
• Experience overseeing COMIT and CREST services preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management with external partners and ministries.
• Hands-on leadership of multidisciplinary teams in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for mental health services aligned to priorities and funding.
• Plan and improve community-based programmes with trauma-informed approaches.
• Monitor performance, risks and quality standards.
• Lead staff development and engagement across multidisciplinary teams.
