Job summary

Montfort Care, a Singapore social service agency, invites a Clinical Psychologist to provide assessments, interventions, and consultations for individuals, families, and groups facing mental health challenges. The role includes supervision of junior staff and involvement in programme development.

You will collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners, contribute to research, and help deliver evidence-based services across multiple programmes.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
• Registered or eligible for registration with relevant professional body.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Manage high-risk cases and provide crisis intervention.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and associates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve service delivery.
• Engage in community outreach and stakeholder engagement.
• Track KPIs, budgets and reporting for internal/external stakeholders.
• Contribute to research projects and translate findings into practice.
