Job summary

Montfort Care in Singapore seeks a Senior Social Worker to deliver social services independently, supervise junior staff, and collaborate with community partners to achieve sustainable outcomes for clients and families.

You will oversee casework allocation, develop intervention plans, and ensure high-quality documentation, while contributing to group work, staff development and organisational operations.

Qualifications

• Possess Degree in Social Work or Degree with a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Accredited as Registered Social Worker with Singapore Association of Social Workers would be an advantage.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Casework Allocation & Delivery: prepare case notes, assess needs, formulate intervention plans and manage case reports.
• Casework Supervision: review intervention plans and supervise junior staff individually and in groups.
• Group or Community Work: conduct environmental scans, group interventions and collaborate on community programmes.
• Employee Development: support staff self-care and professional growth.
• Management & Operations: perform audits in line with the organisation's framework.
