Job summary

FLEXXON is hiring a Product Manager in Singapore to lead memory products (USB, SSD, MicroSD) from concept through mass production. You will conduct market and competitive analyses, craft communications, and partner with R&D and sales to drive revenue and product success.

The role requires 3–5 years in product or project management, strong English and Chinese communication, and a solid background in electronics or computer engineering.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics, or related major.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese.
• 3–5 years of product or project management experience.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong business sense and ability to drive business outcomes.
• Experience with knowledge management systems and AI technologies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Present memory products (USB, SSD, MicroSD) and solutions to customer inquiries.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to formulate product strategy.
• Design and manage product communications, announcements, use cases, reference materials, and press releases.
• Manage storage products from demand, specification, design, development, testing to mass production.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional counterparts to drive advanced features and technology.
• Apply strong business sense to identify opportunities that drive product success and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to support revenue with the sales team.
• Implement knowledge management practices to ensure effective use and sharing of information.
• Integrate automation and AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
