Job summary

Flexxon in Singapore seeks a Strategic Product Manager – Memory Solutions to lead the IMA Business Unit as a true business owner, driving product strategy and commercial success. You'll partner with Sales to craft market-penetration strategies, unlock new opportunities, and develop offerings that win in competitive markets.

You will oversee the full product lifecycle, own the business roadmap and P&L considerations, define market positioning, and lead cross-functional teams across R&D,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related leadership roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven partnership with Sales or driving business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of NAND flash, storage memory technologies and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Own the IMA portfolio's business performance, including growth strategy and market positioning.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept to launch and sunset.
• Co-lead GTM planning with Sales and Marketing, including pricing strategy and customer value propositions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
• Engage with customers and ecosystem partners to secure design-wins and influence product decisions.
