Job summary
Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Business Manager – NAND Flash & Storage Solutions in Macpherson, Singapore, to lead growth of memory and storage portfolios. You will own product roadmaps, partner with Sales, drive GTM plans, and coordinate across R&D, Operations and Marketing to deliver design wins and profitability.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management or related leadership, with strong analytical and stakeholder skills and experience with SSD/USB/SD/MicroSD
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in Product Management or related leadership roles.
- Experience in NAND flash, storage or hardware technologies preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SSD, USB, SD and MicroSD technologies.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience supporting Sales and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Own portfolio growth, market strategy and commercial performance.
- Develop and execute product and business roadmaps.
- Partner with Sales on revenue growth, customer acquisition and market expansion.
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept and validation to launch and phase-out.
- Drive GTM plans including pricing, positioning and product launches.
- Engage key customers and partners to secure adoption and design wins.
- Analyse market trends, competitors and portfolio performance.
- Monitor P&L-related metrics, product mix and profitability.
- Align R&D, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing on execution.
