Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of business development, sales leadership, or key account management experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role leading high‑performing teams.
• Ability to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and growth plans.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BD team to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets.
• Develop and execute growth plans for memory product portfolio in target sectors.
• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities, especially in US and Europe.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
