Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Sr Program Manager to lead Storage Products (Flash, mNAND, SSD) from planning through qualification and ramp. Direct the Product Development Team to meet schedule, quality, cost, and manufacturing readiness targets.

The role requires 5+ years in semiconductor engineering or related field, PM experience, strong communication and data-analysis skills, and willingness to travel internationally and overlap US hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of Program Management experience in this function.
• 5+ years in semiconductor engineering or memory/storage product development background.
• Proficiency in using AI to enable workflows and accelerate tasks.
• Ability to drive cross-functional, global teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional Product Development Teams covering NPI and mature products.
• Define and track program milestones, schedules, and objectives.
• Identify and mitigate program risk and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, BU and Supply Chain to align targets.
• Provide regular program reports and foster continuous improvement.
