Job summary

AWWA LTD in Singapore seeks a motivated Community Partnership Executive on a 6-month contract to support donor engagement, fundraising initiatives, volunteer programmes, and partnership activities within the Community Partnership team.

You will coordinate stakeholders, prepare reports and materials, assist in grant applications, and help grow AWWA's network of corporate, school, and community partners while delivering accurate, timely administrative support.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in community partnerships, fundraising, events management, stakeholder engagement, or programme coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor stewardship and volunteer engagement activities.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate volunteer programmes, fundraising campaigns, and partnership events.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and partnership updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the key support to the team for assigned corporate, school, and community partners during the contract period.
• Assist in preparing content for community partnership related EDMs, publicity, and donor outreach materials.
• Coordinate with external partners for third-party fundraising tied to campaigns or events.
• Support grant application preparation, fund utilisation reporting, and stewardship communications related to event outcomes.
• Conduct research on fundraising trends, engagement opportunities, and event concepts to strengthen donor retention and expand AWWA's partnership base.
